Just a quick note to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU for making our car purchase so easy, smooth and hassle-free. Prior to our visit to McCarthy Cars, we'd been to a few ‘main' dealers and there's no way their service could be compared - not even by an iota - to the service we've received from you.
From our first enquiry via phone to McCarthy Cars, we were pleasantly amazed by the quick and efficient response to all our questions and concerns by Dan. Then following our visit to your Croydon branch, Jim made us feel so much at home, took time to explain every little detail even though we got there late on a Sunday (coming from outside London), honestly we've been blown away by the professional yet friendly service you've given us...all we had to do on the day was DRIVE away...everything had been sorted out by the time we got to McCarthy Cars on the pick up day!!!!!!!
We'll definitely recommend you to family and friends and we'll of course come to you for any future purchase.
