This is the second car we have purchased from McCarthy Cars unfortunately we did have a few 'teething-troubles' in the first few weeks with the second car, as can be the way with cars!. We were very impressed that you executed care and time to solve these issues and to ensure that we were happy with our purchase. Specific thanks to Wendy who was very efficient and worked with me to solve the problems. We were already impressed with the service we had received from Dan when we were buying the car, however having driven off the forecourt and taken the car home we could have easily have been dismissed so many thanks for your great customer care beginning to end. For anyone considering purchasing a car from McCarthy and even if you have a bit of a drive to get there as we did – we can fully recommend a trip, it is well worth it! Many thanks
