Thank you very much for providing me with our new Audi Key.
My partner’s bag was unfortunately stolen and the key was in her bag at the time. To our horror the cost of a replacement key was realised. However you were able to save us a substantial amount of money compared to the Audi dealer’s price. You were also able to process our request in a more efficient manner.
To top it off you also washed the car when I picked up the key, a true example of your superior service.
