On enquiring on the car over the phone, the warm reception received made me want to visit the centre and I wasnt dissappointed with the fullest of attention received on arrival which gave confidence as had bought only new vehicles previously. James McCarthy knows a lot about cars and was refreshingly frank and straightforward to deal with unlike some dealer franchises I had visited previously. Only had car for a week but overall pleased. Was prepared well on collection. I was tempted to by from a BMW dealer but saw this one which looked in good condition and hope it serves well. It received a pre check even though it wasnt due for an "A" type service.
