My husband and myself visited Vault and Vine for the first time last night and can report that the whole experience was very good. The decor, cleanliness and ambience is amazing The service from the young waiters and waitresses was faultless and prompt. The food was very tasty and again was served in a timely way. I’d have no hesitation in going again.
We were unsure whether we should go, having read some of the negative reviews, but we can wholeheartedly say that our experience was nothing but a positive and enjoyable one. Let’s support this lovely addition to our towns gastronomy.

Lovely service not rushed and really nice touches for a birthday. They decorated the table for us for our arrival with banners and balloons. Lovely birthday dessert on the house. Food was well cooked, hot and tasty. Big portions. Nice range on menu. The only tip on improvement is to decease the bright lighting to enhance the mood with some candles for atmosphere. Thankyou for a lovely evening.

I’ve been to Vault and Vine, and the restaurant is amazing! I’ve seen mixed comments about the food, but I had the seafood pasta, which was absolutely delicious, and the lamb chop starters were mind-blowing. I’ve already booked a table for my birthday — see you soon, guys!

The service here is excellent - attentive and friendly. My order was taken promptly, and complimentary bread arrived almost immediately after. The menu offers an impressive range of dishes, with something to suit everyone.
I chose the carbonara, which was flavorful, generously portioned, and tasted authentically Italian. The dessert selection is equally appealing, featuring classics such as tiramisu, I had the brownie cheesecake, very rich and sweet.
Overall, the service and presentation is very professional, and more upscale than a typical Italian restaurant.

Really great Italian spot! The menu has lots of variety (the online one shows only a fraction of the dishes so don't be put off by this), and everything we tried was delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive without hovering. Was busy when we arrived and had a lovely atmosphere. Loved the whole experience—will definitely be back!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and we really appreciated the care and kindness of the staff. The food was fresh and the menu has a lot of different opportunities. The atmosphere was really nice because the staff prepared a lovely table for our occasion.

Visited vault and vine this week for lunch and will definitely be back! The restoration of this building is gorgeous, love that they’ve kept so many of the original features. On arrival I was seated quickly, loads of choice on the menu but I went for the vault special, great dish that was beautifully presented. Service was fab and everything came super fast, I really couldn’t fault them. Booked in again for dinner with friends this weekend as I enjoyed the food so much!

We came here for lunch and had such a nice experience. The staff were friendly and helpful from start to finish but not too pushy either. We were given homemade bread on the house because we ordered mains. This was a nice touch that reminded us of eating out in Italy.
For the main I went for the Mari E Monti Fettuccini which was really nice, sea food tasted fresh and was spicy but not overwhelming. For desert we shared a tiramisu which was house made and the best l've had in England. Will definitely be back!
