I chose Adams & Jones because of previous reviews. I had to sell my mother’s house but living 150 miles away meant I couldn’t be there for viewings, house clearance, exchange of contracts or key handover. They were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and they worked to my timescale. Matt in Market Harborough handled the initial dealings with me, then Janet took over the day to day care of keeping me informed. Everything was done in a timely manner, and it wasn’t straight forward. Fortunately I didn’t have to deal with a chain but, for those who have dealt with Probate, inevitably delays occurred. Well done, team, your personal care was very much appreciated.

James was helpful, reliable and very courteous to deal with. He was quick to give me the quote I had asked for and very reasonable in comparison to other quotes I had had. He did a great job, also pointing out any problem areas around my Mums bungalow which needed some attention. The quality of his work was brilliant and myself and my Mum were very happy at what a great job he has done.
