Tim is always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.<br><br>I recently returned again after positive previous visits (battery fitted, new straps - immediate service at a really competitive price) to get a watch fixed. Whilst that repair couldn't be sorted in-store, the watch was promptly sent off to be fixed. Highly recommend.
