We are your regular customers and have always been very satisfied with both your food and service. However, today we had a disappointing experience.
We placed a small order through Deliveroo, and the estimated delivery time was around 18:10. Unfortunately, our order only arrived at 19:02, almost an hour later than expected.
The delay caused real inconvenience — especially as the person waiting for the sushi was very hungry and found it difficult to wait that long.
We are disappointed with this experience and hope that you can look into what caused the delay and take measures to prevent this from happening again.

Today was my first visit to DMW and what a delight. The staff all seem like they enjoy their jobs and the atmosphere in the shop and for the wine tasting was superb. Well done for running such a great independent business.
