I was really impressed with Adams & Jones from the first phone call and viewing. Communication was fantastic from beginning to end and every development was advised. I felt like I was speaking to a friend rather than an acquaintance and Becki was so efficient and professional. She knew the date I wanted to move my Mum into her bungalow and kept the pressure on everyone to who could make this happen. It was tight, but we got there in the end and I was welcomed warmly at the office when I went to collect the keys. All in all, a stressful experience was made much easier and more enjoyable with Adams & Jones. Well Done and Thank you.

I was fortunate enough to have had a very smooth move, particularly as I was overseas the whole process. The attention to detail and support was very very good. Paperwork involved in moving is stressful and Adam’s and Jones supported me every step of the way by allowing me to speak to them on the phone when necessary. This was a massive support. All staff were equally as supportive as each other, so to mention one name is not applicable in my experience. A great team.

On recommendation from a friend, we were given Danny's number. He was very prompt to view our property, and was able to fit us in for the next day to have our old gutter pipes and fascias replaced. He and his team were very polite and right on time, and completed the job within 3 hrs. After completion of the job, they even cleaned up after.
