Jo is so good at what she does. I found her information about Nutritional values and exercise for health, easy to follow. A healthy and balanced diet was made simple and easy to digest. Litterally! Exercise is also important at my age, but Jo didn't make it too overwhelming. Working through what to implement in my day for maximum benefit to prevent weight gain. If I needed to clarify anything or get an extra boost of confidence, she was always there for me.

She will support you in working through what you really want, then build a strategy to get you there. Breaking this down into bite-sized steps to get you to where you want to be. In my case, it was moving my business forward without the constant procrastination and stress caused by a lack of knowledge and/or confidence to take the next step – social media is my nemesis, but Joanne has shown me how to do this and improve my social media presence to drive my business forward.
Joanne is the constant voice in the background, consistently encouraging and boosting my confidence/belief in myself. Finding ways to push down my “walls” by encouraging me to take time out of my day to destress with exercise for myself (not as the teacher) and to consider how I am feeding my body – surprisingly, this is rather important as you go through life – can’t build my business on chocolate alone!

I recently visited Ravi after he came highly recommended and I’m so glad I did. We discussed my goals for my teeth and I explained that I wanted them to look more level and even.
Ravi recommended Invisalign not only to straighten my teeth, but also to correct my bite to ensure I achieved a long term result I was genuinely happy with. He was very professional throughout and never hesitated to answer all of my questions, making the whole process easy and comfortable.
I then had whitening and composite bonding done and I honestly love my teeth so much. I couldn’t recommend Ravi enough!
My new smile is everything I had wanted for so long and I’m so happy I made the decision to come to Brookside Dental.
