Without a doubt the best restaurant in the the city , the gentle man at the till is a superb host and every single member of staff is incredible. Fantastic food completely faultless. Definitely going to visit when i head to midland next time.
We were 4 of us where looking for a nice place to sit down and enjoy a meal in market borough , this is our first outing since lockdown eased off and came across Everest Lounge and I must say the food was unbelievable very tasty and quick to be served. The service was also very good with nice helpful friendly staff, would recommend 100%
Can not wait to see you guys soon again .. absolutely enjoyed every bites of it ..

We needed new carpets for our bungalow and went into Blackberry Carpets to have a look at their ranges. We were made very welcome by Gareth (the owner) and Paul and there was no selling pressure. We arranged to have carpets fitted and these were done expertly by Craig and Chris. We were so happy with having them in. Gareth also arranged for his carpenter (Chris) to come in beforehand and fit oak straps under the doors which we love. What a wonderful experience. We will recommend them to friends and family. A very well run organisation. Thank you Gareth and Team.

Visited for Sunday lunch to celebrate my mother in laws 70th birthday. I had my 3 children with me (aged 9, 11 and a baby of 9 months). We ate from the buffet menu which was v reasonably priced and the staff were really friendly and did everything to make the occasion special. (In fact i had a relaxing meal whilst the staff entertained the baby!!!)

My experience here one Autumn lunchtime: the place was almost empty - only one other couple were eating that day in the large upstairs dining room. Meanwhile some of the staff sat wordlessly at another table folding napkins for the duration of our stay. We seemed to be intruding, a bit of a nuisance.
The food, a set lunchtime menu, was okay, but if that's what we'd really come for, rather than the business discussion we were having, I think we'd have been disappointed. Service was distracted and intermittent.
Now, all of this may be very unfair. We could have caught them on an off day. In the evening the place might be buzzing. The food fantastic. But we won't know, because our lunchtime experience doesn't tempt us to return. Which may be our loss, or theirs.
