I’ve been to Py twice now and every single time I’ve come out feeling 100x better. If you’ve got heavily strained at tight muscles I highly highly recommend getting a sports massage from him. Honestly helped me so much. Thank you!

I booked in with Py before my marathon due to some soreness I was having. His knowledge was amazing and he really helped me understand the cause of my issues and has helped me work them out! Can’t recommend enough!

I’ve seen a lot of different massage therapists and sports physios over the years, but I’ve never felt like anyone really got to the root of the problem or gave me genuine relief afterwards — until seeing Py.

What really stood out to me was how well he explained what was actually causing my issues, rather than just treating the symptoms. He gave me simple, realistic exercises to work on between sessions that were easy to fit into everyday life, instead of overwhelming me with a huge list of repetitive movements. Because they were so practical and effective, I felt immediate relief from doing them, which genuinely motivated me to keep up with them.

We’ve worked on several different problem areas, and every session leaves me feeling noticeably less tense and far more comfortable. Obviously lifelong posture issues aren’t something that can be fixed overnight, but for the first time I truly feel like I’m making real progress and heading towards lasting positive change.

I’d highly recommend Py to anyone struggling with ongoing tension, pain, or posture-related issues.

Plus he has plenty of banter!

I have been to so many physio massages and had a temporary fix but Payam is Something else with his knowledge and commitment to getting people recovered and not having to keep returning. I come away with exercises that suit me around my busy life as a mum working full time and know what I need to do. He sends really helpful videos too so you can follow them very easily. For years I thought my back was the problem and as a woman avoided any chest exercises but not I know with Payams fantastic shared knowledge that I need to exercise that area a lot more too to help my back. Couldn't recommend him enough
