Stopped in for a business meeting, received free access to WiFi and great service from Irene who served us our coffee and biscuits. Very attentive.

Myself and partner went here for an afternoon tea. I'm a vegetarian and found the usual egg and cheese sandwiches a bit boring but to be fair, they were tasty. Maybe something more imaginative would be nice. The scones and cakes were lovely and we were given a box for the food we weren't able to eat. Irene, our waitress was wonderful. Very chatty and nothing was too much trouble for her. Irene also told us about events that are on at the hotel. We only live down the road from there and we were unaware of these things. We'll definitely go in for a coffee and sandwich when we can. Thank you, Irene 😊.

Hotel staff friendly,Breakfast was decent for a buffet and food was warm.Bar area is ok.The issue here are the rooms.Original room had windows that didn't shut properly due to latches being broke and then the replacement room which looked like a upgraded room also has windows that were faulty. They closed but had small gaps at the bottom.Bathroom needed to be refurbished. No sockets by bed.Although the room and hotel appeared very clean. You can hear some traffic noise but that is likely due to the windows.

Myself and my partner stayed over night at the hotel last night to relax and have a night away we booked this hotel as it had a swimming and gym ……. Mmmmmm no it doesn’t it was closed down in Feb we was told when checking in so we were slightly gutted but we didn’t know

We checked in up to room which was top floor and roasting no air con strange a hotel the size and owned by such a big company there was no air con
Bathroom was big but really outdated and the shower was very poor no power in it but not to much of an issue

Breakfast was so good I love a buffet breakfast it was all fresh and hot coffee was lovely too

We went and had a drink at the bar and we were served by IRENE who was fabulous so nice for a hotel to have such a lovely lovely chatty lady behind the bar over all the stay was good shame it looks so outdated in parts

Me and my cousin decided to go to blackpool last minute after a night out in Glasgow at 3 in the morning, we phoned up for an early check in , and was told it was fine, usually the check in is at 14.00 but we got one at 08.30. which we appreciate and happy about. driving into the hotel we noticed how small the car park is. and was difficult to get any space. The bus station parking was under construction and was closed. Another parking building is behind the bus station, and need to say how poorly is built, I scraped my wives new car , when I turned the car to go up the ramp upon entry to the car park. very badly designed . The hotel room was fine, decent views from the 6th floor. shower was good, toilet flush was a bit hard, breakfast Chinese lady was a bit cheeky when we walked in at 10.30 looking at her watch and shaking her head. asking us our names. I noticed she never done that with the other guests. being polite with them that came in after us. . car parking an issue. and Chinese woman had a bad attitude in breakfast and have a hefty bill from scratching wives car , from unusually designed car park behind bus station car park, but apart from that everything was fine.

Very nice hotel, location can't be better, parking, we must have been lucky as there is not a lot of spaces. Rooms are very clean, facilities good, breakfast first class, I can't really fault anything. If passing again I will sure to book again.
