I met Py back in November after being passed from doctors to physios with a really painful upper back and shoulder. I hadn't been able to train or even function in everyday tasks for 6 months. Py fixed me within a month and I couldn't believe it. Not only has he fixed me his app and training programme has got me lifting again building muscle with no restrictions or crazy diets. He's reachable 7 days a week at any hour and has made me fall in love with the gym again. He puts his whole heart into his clients and I can't thank him enough for genuinely turning my life around.
