Paradise Wildlife Park is wonderful day out for everyone. This is different from other Animal Parks open to the public. You can get much closer to the animals with some really great views from walkways and balconies. They are also part of the Wildlife Heritage Foundation so are big on conservation and really care for the animals who have great enclosures. The keepers are really friendly and informative and you can see, dedicated to what they do. There is also a very personal feel about the Park. So, if you want a great day out with the Kids (as well as seeing the animals, there are lots of facilities and activities for them) or to learn more interesting information about animals and get some really good photographs, this is the place to go. They also offer wonderful experiences. We have been to park on a general days out, but have also had the opportunity to feed the big cats and shadow a big at keeper which was amazing. If you love cats, these are the most fantastic experiences.

Graham and I took the grandchildren Cameron aged 11 and Lucy who is 9, here yesterday. We all had a really great time (and to be honest Graham and I didn't think we would really - it was a trip for the kids). Plenty of places to eat either snacks or bbq food or you can take your own. The staff put on shows/quizzes on the little stage in which the children can join in. There's a lovely play area for the kids which Lucy spent an hour in and there were slides and other things suitable for her age group. There were bouncy castles, other play stuff and a splash pool for younger children. The four of us then went round the animal enclosure. I've never really understood what people would get from going on a safari but now I understand!! The animals have so much space and such a variety from white lions, camels, smaller animals that children can feed eg goats and sheep to meercats. An emu ate from the palm of my hand, its beak is rounded so it didn't hurt. I then fed a reindeer, whose lips felt like soft velvet on my hand. One of the tigers came right up to a fence and we were so close to it. There are keepers around who obviously love the animals and are happy to engage with the children. We spent ages ages going round. We rounded the day off with a game of adventure golf on their excellent 18 hole course. We just about finished by 6.00 when the park closed. We went home weary but oh so pleased to have visited. Truly a place for the young and not so young.

The zoo sell bags of animal feed at £1 each. You have to watch out for signs as only certain animals can eat this food.

I've just spotted a review from a woman who says she 'felt sorry for the white tiger because its enclosure is increadibly small' She couldn't have seen all the walkways and tunnels that all the animals seemed to be able to access in their own particular enclosure.

All Iknow is, we had a really good day - the sun shining all day was a bonus!!

Nice little park . I thought the £8.00 for our two year old grandson cheeky , especially as there were many static sit on rides for £1.00 which actually made him the most expensive in our group.
Train ride through the dinosaur park was good but short. That's another £1.00 each. .There were two different prices for tea and coffee in the two cafe's we visited. !
I will never understand price structures. £8.00 for a senior and our daughter £13.00.. We all use the same facilities. Mr. Grumpy telling us about the chetah's. Children make a noise and there is not much you can do about that.
We enjoyed our time there. It's well laid out with a free bouncy castle and other swings , slides, and the pirate ship.

been here a few times now, we are lucky we live really close by, i am sure people travel a way to come and visit this park and i would say it will def not be a wasted journey. lots of animals to see. a good variety of park and play areas. the large paddling pool is great, my kids could spend all day here alone. also has a nice inside play area for smaller chlldren. groupon often has offers on for cheaper entry prices. i had my son's 7th birthday party here, the package was well worth it, def recommend

We visited on bank holiday Monday with two friends and our young kids. Was a great day out - lots to do. Take £1 coins for the train ride and kids go karts. The animals had plenty of space to roam around and the picnic areas were lovely too. The extra play areas and things for the kids was lovely. We arrived at opening time 9.30am and left at 5.30pm. Tip –arrive there opening time as there was short queues are car parking was easy although even if you got there later the car parking is very close to the main entrance. Plenty of animals to see ! We will be going back for sure.

We visited with our toddler and had a fantastic day. The park is a great size, plenty to see but not too big. The tree top trail around the big cats is fab and gives lots of opportunity to see them. Our little one loved feeding the animals in the farm. Everything is really accessable so whether you have a pushchair or a wheelchair you'll be able to get around easily and see everything. The adventure parks were great plenty to do and well maintained. All the staff we encountered were really friendly and helpful. Perfect family day out.

Visited the park today to do meet the meerkats it was amazing!!!! Despite the rainy weather me and my partner had a superb day! And will definitely be returning! The meerkat experience was so hands on the meerkats climb all over you, and the keeper who did it with us was very informative! Well worth a visit!

This was a Christmas present, given to us by our Son & his family.
We arrived at around 7.30am, went into the reception area where we were greeted. We had Coffee & Biscuits while we were waiting for other visitors to arrive. We were all escorted over to the restaurant where again we were offered Coffee & Biscuits. So far a good impression on the Staff who were all very Friendly.
Our Guide arrived, introduced himself, explained what to expect & Do's & dont's. We visited all the Big Cats, very impressed with how well they are looked after and clean their surroundings were. At each Big Cat the Guide told us all about them. This took around 11/2 hrs.
We were then all taken to the Tree Top Restaurant for breakfast where we had a birds eye view of the Tigers. This was the end of the tour. Breakfast was a self service Continental Buffett, very enjoyable. We were then able to spend the rest of the day at our leisure to enjoy the rest of the park. We will visit again.

Took our now 2 year old son 11 year old daughter and 15 year old son!! We all had a great day. It was nice to actually get into somewhere for a reasonable price as well.

It was so hot when we went yesterday as well but drinks and food wasn't to badly priced either. We eat in SAMs cafe and the food was lovely. All the staff was very helpful.

The animals were great we saw some animals that we have never seen at any other zoo before like snow leopards white tigers and white lions. It was easy to walk around with lots of play areas, rides and attractions for all ages even on hot days don't forget your swimsuit!

Will be going back and I will book an experience for my daughters birthday
