Hard to put into words just how much Lance James has done for me over the years. They helped me and my wife find jewellery for her family during her cancer battle and continued to help her by hosting a charity event in her honour, after her passing they've helped me choose a ring for new partner, safe to say I will continue to use them always, and regard them as friends now. Such customer service and levels of care and attention are very rare these days, I feel very lucky to find such a fantastic jewellers!

Excellent jewellers in Hertford. Friendly and professional with excellent help and advice. Lovely range of jewellery to suit all budgets and very unique pieces. I had a piece made from an old heirloom into a new ring and I am so happy with it. I would and do recommend Lance James to everyone!
