Found this service good. Nigel very professional and helpful and assisted me getting the right roof box size for the car. When I collected the box from the female member of staff I was overcharged £15 and she stated she didn't know how to refund it there and then which I believe was an easy process to do. I didn't complain. While abroad I received a text with the time to return to box. I didn't reply to save charges. The next day I received numerous calls and a message about the box while on route to drop it back which was on time. This part of the service I found uncomfortable and under pressure to return the box not a minute late but as I mentioned I didn't complain when the same female of staff stated she didn't know how to return my £15 the day I picked the box up. For this reason I won't be returning for business even though I have recommended this service to a friend.

Another great service from @WelwynRoofbox, flexible fitting times and excellent customer service. Allowed us to enjoy our weekend at the beach with this brand new #roofbox! I would definitely recommend them if you have too much to carry!

The 2by2 team (Claire and her colleagues) were great in guiding us through finding the right combination of things for our holidays. They presented options and made allowances in the booking to keep some things flexible where we needed it. It was a wonderful experience. It was easy to go a bit off the beaten track (for us) when we knew that we had everything prepared and we had excellent notes and information.
