We asked Jackie to advise us on engagement and wedding rings, as we wanted something unique. We were given plenty of time to talk through ideas with her and never felt rushed or pushed into any decision. We were thrilled with the finished products, they were (and still are) beautiful. Recently we've enquired about another special piece; we had no hesitation in returning, as we loved the truly personal service.

They didn't push their custom made service and were more than happy to recommend things they didn't have in stock but could order in.
