They were really flexible to deal with my needs, gave excellent advice on the right product for my needs and then fitted the box and explained everything I needed to know for a first time user. Lance James and Jackie in particular have been brilliant to my family and I over the years, even hanging on to a bespoke ring that we were unable to pay for when expected due to an unforeseen financial setback (now paid for thankfully). My family and I have purchased a total of 5 bespoke rings from Lance James for marries etc. and can not be happier with the service and finished products!

The owner is so very helpful and replies quickly to ur emails regarding any matter. This is our 3rd year of using these roofboxes and in sure many more years to come. Quick installation and you know its secure. He's happy to work round your holiday times and dates as best he can to. Have thought about buying a roof box due to how often we use them but so happy with the service and we know it's not going to fly off! Fantastic business highly recommended.
