The Red Pandas here are really worth seeing but avoid the Safari Diner, overpriced microwaved uncooked burgers.

we visited paradise wildlife park on 9th March along with everyone else it seemed. we were frustrated initially sitting in a hour long que in the car on the road leading in due to the shear volume of people visiting & the odd idiot holding up the traffic. we were shouted at a few times by various people telling everyone the park was closed & therefore they had turned round to leave but we had booked an experience so persevered. As we came close to the entrance the manager of the park was out apologising to people for the delays & lack of parking which they obviously couldn't help due to the amount of people choosing to visit at once. when we finally reached the park we explained we had a experience booked & we were found a place to park straight away.
the park is small but fantastic. yes you had crowds to contend with but again not the parks fault. we actually didnt make it to see everything as our tiger tea lasted 2 hours so took up most of the afternoon but it was well worth every second. the guide Ian was amazing his knowledge & enthusiasm for his job was evident & the tour was fantastic due to this. we got really close to the lions too for fabulous pictures. I cant thank Ian enough for hosting the tour it made our day & his passion for his cats was well appriciated. he certainly has the most amazing job.
we ate in the tree tops resturaunt a lovely tea put on by the very helpful & friendly staff. great end to the day & really tasty sandwiches & cake. well worth every penny.
everyone at the zoo was friendly & were doing their best to cope with the crowds. will defiantly return & would reccomend it to anyone for an amazing experience.

I attended this attraction with my three year old grandson on Friday 14/3/14. This was a term time visit. As such the park was relatively quiet. Having found money off vouchers on line we paid a reduced rate from the norm which is £14 adults £9 children 2-15years. My grandson was given some food for feeding the farm animals on arrival. We went into the park and almost immediately came up on the farm animals which comprised of sheep goats and horses.
Further on I was very pleasantly surprised to find we were within a couple of feet of a multitude of big cats such as lions, tigers, Jaguars and leopards and lots of other exotic animals including the irrepressible meer cats. Although we were within a metre and a half of these animals we were obviously in no danger. It was fantastic. There was a whole host of exotic animals much the same as you wouldfind ina zoo.
There is a small cafe which overlooks the fabulous tiger enclosure. Hot and cold drinks with fresh food on sale.
There are several play areas for children to run and play. Numerous slides and bouncy castles.All in all a reasonably small park but well worth the visit.

I went to PWP today with my four children aged 5, 6, 8 n 10, my niece 12, nephew 9, mum dad nan etc n I can honestly say it was an amazing day and I strongly recommend goin for a lovely family day out.....the park is clean n tidy with lids on the bins so you don't have flies n wasps everywhere, the staff are friendly n helpfull, the animal talks were fab the toilets were always being cleaned which makes a change at these places!!! PWP is well worth the money and is even better if you can get a deal, the food although we took a picnic was resonably priced and looked yummy, there was something for each off the children to do but don't really think a 15 year old would have fun as there is a few parks which aren't designed for older children. Also because off the parks etc I don't think goin when it's raining would be fun. Overall a really really wonderful day made even more better by the weather!!!
