From Start to finish Lance James have been fantastic. I was recommended to pop in & speak to Jackie about our Wedding bands. My fiancé wanted something a bit different made from titanium & bespoke. Jackie spoke to her suppliers & chatted to Alex about his dream wedding ring. Together they created the design. She was very enthusiastic to create Alex's ring (other jewellers seemed very uninterested knowing it wasn't a 'precious' metal!) We love how personal Jackie & the team make the service they provide. We really felt like nothing was too much trouble & we could pop in or call up anytime to ask questions or try on our rings. So happy we chose Lance James, we can't thank them enough & we will be recommending to everyone!
