Its a great place but due to the tigers enclosure undergoing rennevation you cant see them and some of thenother cats dont seem to be around because of the work going on. The new enclosure is due to open October 2020 so when thats re-open im sure it will push it up to 5 stars

Fanatic day out here! I would say it isn't cheap, I was surprised by the cost tbh BUT upon leaving I was not as aggrieved with what I'd paid. Our kids had a great time, the animal section is great and considering I'm not a fan of zoos I felt the enclosures were clean and spacious and the animals well cared for. My kids loved the dinosaur walk and adored the extensive playgrounds too. This is a great day out for a family with toddlers, lots to keep them entertained and interesting for adults too.

To be fair, I don't think we were seeing it at its best due to covid restrictions and the work they were carrying out. It was well organised though with staggered entry and one way systems (shame some people chose not to follow them). The animals we did see were great though.

What an incredible place! First time visiting with two toddlers and an 11 year old and they absolutely loved everything! The animals, the dinasours, the playgrounds, everuthing was kept so well and secure we are signing up for memberships even though we come from London ♡ love it, keep up the good work!

What a fantastic day out!<br>So many animals to see🐒🦝🐆🦓🐫 The zoo was laid out well and had a good one way system in place. The staff were all so helpful.<br><br>The dinosaurs were a good laugh, specially loved the car and the dinosaur, got some great photos.<br><br>The best part was our 3.00 feeding the meerkats, I booked this for my husband as a late bday present, it was BRILLIANT! We got up and personalised with the sweet meerkats.. they were climbing on us and everything. Claire the woman who accompanied us on the meerkat experience was very good, she told us alot of information about meerkats.<br>Highly recommend coming here!
