Lots of animatronic dinosaurs to keep the kids amused along with all the animals, this zoo is, however, quite pricey for its size imo.

Fantastic software. Customer service is lacking though. I mean the reps are really good and the resources on the website are pretty good but, it’s nearly 2023. I’m paying £300/year but even if I upgrade to the £100/month, I have to wait a full day to receive a reply for support. Even if it’s a quick Y/N question. The day Systeme fixes their support system. They will be unstoppable. P.S. they delete any negative comment/post in their Facebook group. That’s a huge red flag in my books. A FB community is usually to so people can bounce ideas and fix problems together. But no. Anything that can be asked to support shouldn’t be mentioned in the FB group. You HAVE to wait 24hours (or less) to get a reply from the support team
Edit: Fantastic software. Fantastic support team. Fantastic idea. I AM A FAN. But personally, the support system/operations really brings it down. Anyone who buys Systeme LOVES systeme and isn't being malicious when trying to use the FB group to get help.
If I made a post in the group about how I made £50,000 this month with systeme and then mention some feedback, my post will be deleted/not approved. Is it insecurity? Because like I said, you guys have a really good software

Great day out, suitable for all ages. Lots to see and do and themed for Christmas currently. Some enclosures seemed a little on the small side compared to some I've seen at other zoos but all animals looked very well looked after. Staff were very informative and approachable. The restaurant had some vegan options but none of the burgers on there were vegan, just vegetarian. Would be good to see a vegan burger on the menu but nice to see they had some options available anyway.

We went on a rather wet Sunday afternoon but even that didn't spoil the visit. It's an excellent park with a superb array of animals. The amount of different big cats were excellent and it was amazing how close you were to the enclosures. I went to feed the lemurs and can highly recommend it. There handler Steve was really friendly and interesting and so were the lemurs! Can't rate it highly enough.

Our visit took place on 25th March 11. The whole park was truly amazing. The animals are so well cared for and their enclosures were both stimulating and beautifully maintained. My husband and I had the ' lunch with Tigers' which was a lovely experience. The animals are so close you can almost touch them. Our guide Barry was very friendly and had a genuine interest in the wellbeing of the animals. Overall a wonderful experience and we couldn't rate the park highly enough

im 12 years old and i love the park. i love it so much i have to go every year in the summer. ive never booked any of the experiances but just visting the park is enough. all the animals are well cared for and have very clean and spacy enclosures. there is lots to do for example the rides.there is a cafe to get somthing to eat with reasonable prices and if the weather is nice it makes it just that much more enjoyable! its not just me that likes going there my family love it to!! i want to be a vet when i grow up because i love animals. when it comes to it i will try to get work experiance there as it is avaliable along with volanteer work. overall its a a great day out for all the family and i absolutly love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can not thank Andy and Jackie enough for creating a beautiful bespoke ring. Their design and craftsmanship skills are outstanding. I asked if they could create a ring from a mixture of my late mum’s wedding ring and other pieces. The design was exactly what I had imagined and the finished ring is so beautifully made.
