I recently purchased, on separate occasions, iPhone case, screen protector, usb cables, on each occasion the guy serving was helpful and friendly. Offered advice and alternatives prior to purchase and made sure cables were correct fit. No problems

I took my phone here for a screen repair the man was polite at first then he started whacking my phone on the counter and broke the screen after he just repaired it and said to me "its your fault is smashed not mine " which i found very rude as im only 15 years old.

I took my iphone 6 in after dropping the screen (twice), they replaced the screen and battery there and then for £70, my phone is now like new.

My cracked screen failed suddenly, and Augustin (the man behind the counter) tried a replacement screen while I waited. When this did not work, he kept the phone while a new screen was ordered. When I returned, the other gentleman in the shop took quite some time to make sure that all was working properly. I found both of them cheerful, friendly and helpful, and the price charged was very reasonable.
