From Start to finish Lance James have been fantastic. I was recommended to pop in & speak to Jackie about our Wedding bands. My fiancé wanted something a bit different made from titanium & bespoke. Jackie spoke to her suppliers & chatted to Alex about his dream wedding ring. Together they created the design. She was very enthusiastic to create Alex's ring (other jewellers seemed very uninterested knowing it wasn't a 'precious' metal!) We love how personal Jackie & the team make the service they provide. We really felt like nothing was too much trouble & we could pop in or call up anytime to ask questions or try on our rings. So happy we chose Lance James, we can't thank them enough & we will be recommending to everyone! (One of my friends already bought her husbands wedding band from them) Pop into their store in Hertford, you won't regret it. Thank you so much Jackie, you've been amazing! Love Michelle & Alex

Excellent Jewellers with beautiful bespoke jewellery.
We met Jackie at a wedding fare and she immediately put us at ease with her friendly, non pushy demeanour. She understood exactly what we wanted and needed for our wedding bands and showed a lot of patience with us, resulting in us visiting her a year later to order to order them.
Her shop had so many beautiful items, I could have bought everything! She also remembered us, which was very impressive..
Her husband Ryan is the designer and Jackie produces the jewellery, and between them they create some beautiful items, that anyone would feel proud to wear.
We will definitely be returning, and would recommend Lance James to everyone.🙂
