We go here once a week as we have a membership card. Great place for kids and adults. However, the food is abysmal and frankly disgusting and very expensive for what it is, this includes the main restaurant and cafe in the soft play area.

It's a lovely little zoo tucked away in Hertfordshire. Currently lots of building work occurring on site. Sadly the wolf had died a few days before we arrived and there were no elephants. There is a lovely dinosaur exhibition in the forest.

Absolutely great day out! Definitely going back. The dinosaurs were some of the best animatronic ones I've seen. Especially for a "small" place like this. Which isn't really that small! Well done!

Brilliant place for all ages, large selection of animals with good access paths alongside & raised walkways suitable for pushchairs.<br>Good cafes and toilets plus various play areas great for kids of all ages. Free parking with plenty of spaces. Attended over Easter holidays so crowded but so much space over large area so plenty of room with seating at intervals to allow rest breaks. All in all an excellent day out. Several food and drink outlets offering burgers, hot dogs, chips, sandwiches etc. On weekends and holidays there are instructive talks at set times about some of the individual types of animals. The walk round the dinosaur trail is fun with life size moving audio models with information boards showing details of each variety.

Busy 10-4 but calm at other times, great park with pots if things to do with the kids. Would definitely recommend, just bring lunch with you as it is quite pricy
