If you're running or plan to run an online business, look nowhere else than Systeme.io; you will thank me later.

I have been running my online business for several years now. Used 3 other platforms for digital products + email marketing. But there was always something lacking and/or too complicated while doing all these things on different platforms. One lacks one feature and the other lacks something else. So I was looking for a solid and reliable platform. Over the past month, I practically went through all such options by joining and testing them.

I wish I had found systeme.io earlier. It provides everything in one place (digital downloads, online courses, email marketing, audience building, sales funnels), plus the price is so reasonable that I'm actually happy paying them my money.

The best thing is customer support. You ask a question and they come back within 2 hours, no AI, no bots, real people with real solutions. And all of this when I did not even become a paying customer. A sales trick? No. After my payment, they were even more helpful. You know that you will not be left alone, either with bots or 24 hours delayed responses.

Probably the only company I would have given 6 stars.

Great zoo. Lions and tigers are in great condition. Dinosaurs are so realistic with mechanical movement.<br><br>The only let down is the restaurant. 35 minutes to prepare 2x chicken nuggest and chips.

Even on a cold December weekday there was plenty going on and so much to see. We were lucky enough to see most of the animals in their exhibits, plus we went to one of the many animals talks including feeding the penguins and the bird show. It's a fairly compact zoo set into two halves: the dinosaurs and play areas with a restaurant on one side, then cross the road to the animal zoo. There's plenty of parking and it all seems very accessible throughout (we had a pushchair with no problems). The animals had interesting enclosures and some were being upgraded through the off-season. One of the highlights has to be the lions, who you can get really close to behind glass.

We visited the zoo today and despite the terrible weather conditions we still had a really good day. The staff were cheerful and helpful even in the wind and rain and we enjoyed a good lunch in the cafe. The children really enjoyed their Santa visits, dinosaur train ride and time in the soft play. We saw a good selection of well looked after animals, though some were keeping inside in the warm, but the zoo were keen to offer us a future free revisit to make up for this. Thank you everyone.

Update: 12/12/2024: The Systeme support team contacted me following my review, stating they had addressed the 3 ticket submissions I made. Despite their responses being sent to my Gmail account, the emails did not reach me. They somehow obtained another email of mine and assisted in resolving the issues, displaying impressive patience even when I expressed frustration. Although I had been critical, their support was commendable. However, they could have made greater efforts to contact me and provide clearer tutorials. For instance, clarifying that if a DNS already contains a DMARC record, users should delete it and maintain only their DMARC entry. Additionally, some DNS setups may not require systemeio1._domainkey.[yourdomainname.com], just the systemeio1._domainkey. Enhanced tutorials could have prevented this entire ordeal.

Due to their assistance, I revised my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars.

I am generally a fan of this tool and I've been using them for the past 7 months or so, without a single time needing support from them.

But, I recently migrated my websites to new hosting providers and I had to re-authenticate.

I followed the instructions but, for some reason, I couldn't re-authenticate them.

I contacted systeme support 3 times until now (Yes, 3 times) and they haven't responded.

It's been 3 weeks and I can't send an email (due to the fact that the domains are not authenticated), I've lost the black Friday momentum because of this and in generally I feel betrayed.

If this company can't handle their support request, shut the shop down and leave professionals work in this field.

Either way, I'll start looking for another solution.

UPDATE: The liars at Systeme, claim that they responded in all three of my support tickets. THEY HAVEN'T RESPONDED IN NONE.

My emails work fine and I CHALLENGE them to paste their response HERE ON TRUSTPILOT.
