Today, they helped me authenticate my domain and set my platform up to send emails. So easy & no tech stress for me. Their response to the initial question and the end result was done within 2 hours! Nice compact zoo, well maintained and animals kept in good conditions. Enjoyed the bird display and seeing the tiger right next to our table through the glass in the paws and pizza café. Lots of other things to keep children entertained for the whole day including dinosaurs, train, soft play and playground.

What an amazing day we all had!
The dinosaures were brilliant, and kept the children, engaged and excited.
I was a little bit surprised that the dino train is £2 per person to ride. But we still did it, and it was fun.
All the animals are very clean and healthy looking.
You can easily spend an entire day here, with parks for the children to play in, plenty of eating areas and benches to sit.
I am already looking forward to another visit.

I am not technical and find some aspects of System.io challenging, however, on occasions that I have asked for help I have found the Support Desk have gone out of their way to assist and respond to questions. For their support alone this is a good product!
