Absolutely love this place. 3rd time now and enjoy it everytime. Only downside for me is the snow leopards are never out 😪. The Jaguars and sun bears are amazing though 😁

Reasonable price to visit, especially if the weather is good. It has a large dinosaur park with some moving models, where my young granddaughter couldn't work out if she was frightened or excited! The zoo side of the park had plenty of exotic animals, many if which you could get very close to, albeit and thankfully, behind thick safety glass. There were also walkways over the top of some of the enclosures, giving an aerial view of the animals below, which enabled you to see them clearer rather than through the glass of a thousand other handprints of children that had been there earlier.<br>Also if the weather is good there are a couple of play parks with swings and slides etc and also a large play pool to finish the day off.<br>All seems good and would be if you bring your own food and drinks, which I would highly recommend, as £2.30 for a regular can of Coke is an extortionate price. Why don't these places realise if they had reasonable prices they would sell more. Today the weather was hot and sunny, but there were very few queues if at all at the food and drink venues

Awesome, how delightful youve finished what you have so far.... such an amazing Zoo. YES HERTFORDSHIRE ZOO! its what is absolutely NEEDED. can you please provide a good vegan and vegetarian selection of food for your customers too, as some have this strict diet forced on us out of health problems... and eating at your establishment helps to provide extra income to you.... thank you too for excellent staff who go out of there way to provide a little extra at no cost, like your delightful staff at the cafe overlooking the lions and tigers upstairs... her additional knowledge was invaluable... and the cleanliness of the park was perfect... thank you for an excellent day out. This was worth every pound😉 cashless is definitely a great idea...

Absolutely brilliant day, we met up with my son, daughter in law & 2 grandsons. They loved it, so much to do & see, they loved the dinosaurs. The weather was perfect too, what more could you ask for. Thank you for a fantastic day out, it's definitely worth a visit 😊 🦕🦖🦁🐒🐫

Kids absolutely loved it! I have a 4, nearly 5 year old boy and a 19 month old girl, and they were over joyed!<br>We had the opportunity to go during the week on a Monday, very little amount of people around on this particular day, which gave us plenty of space and opportunity to see the animals multiple times and the food hall was very quite as was the train ride and the kids climbing frames.<br>It was fantastic to see the kids' faces as they gazed into the eyes of a lion at eye level, they was tad nervous at first but soon understood that they are unable to enter our area and we are safe 😅<br>I could write forever about each and every animal, but I will sum it up, very good day out, even with the very little people it took us all day to see the park (bare that in mind) , the kids loved to see the "meerkat" very funny little things, what the adults think of the animals pacing up and down the fencing we shall keep to ourselves , but it is very apparent and atvthe end of the day they are very well looked after.<br>Unfortunately, the "birds of paradise" were closed for our visit, which was a tad annoying but not much you can do.<br>The food was OK, it's what you expected when you ordered a "cheeseburger" from an establishment such as this. It was OK, and I would eat here again if I was here and had no pack lunch. The jacket potatoes were good, and my son had the hotdog, which he's described as "delicious" 🤷♂️🤣<br><br>All in, a great day out! We are looking forward to another visit!

Visited for the 'Dino's in the dark' event - well organised and a great evening out with the children! Kids and us adults loved the silent disco! Ticket prices and food prices are very reasonable.
