I needed assistance with the migration of my e-mail campaigns and contacts from another plattform to systeme.io and Said assisted me very well! He was reachable at all times, even on the weekends and responded very quick. He even managed to do the migration so fast that I could end my subscription at the other plattform sooner and - by that save some money! I hadn't logged into my account for several months and then found it locked. I emailed support to help get me back in. They responded within 3.5 hours, having unlocked the account. It had been automatically locked due to inactivity. The response time and resolution impressed me for a Saturday!
