Hertfordshire Zoo did not disappoint! Our four year old loved seeing the dinosaurs and it was great to be able to have our picnic in the dinosaur picnic area too. There is a lot to see but it feels very accessible, clear signage and paths to help connect the animal experiences. The bird show was great. The different heights of viewing platforms and windows was really positive, we saw many of the animals fairly close. Lots of toilets, refreshments and opportunities to sit down if needed. Lots of activities for children with soft play, adventure playground and splash area to name a few. We'll be back to have a ride on the T-Rex train!

I was having a problem sending test emails and test newsletters. Ended up needing help. These guys were great. The next day, all my emails went out, and it worked beautifully! So happy with Systeme.io. Their customer service responds quickly during the day and provides helpful solutions. Great service. Plus, their AI is very helpful as well.

This is a great day out with plenty to do and excellent value for money. The zoo really is kept to a very high standard and is easy to navigate. There are lots of extra bits too, like Dinosaur land and kids entertainment, train rides, play parks. There are loads of seating areas for eating and at several points in the zoo so you can continue your day. A handy stamp allows you to come in and out to your car. Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There is a real element of care shown for the animals here. Would highly recommend.
