Had a wonderful afternoon visiting the park. Great animal conditions, plenty facilities. Beautiful place to spend afternoon time with friends or kids. Recommended.

Like a lot of farm visitor attractions, zoos have become less about the animals and more about the supplementary activities.
Here there's a really good playground, train ride, things to climb on (incongruously, a fire truck) and various other things. There's a few too many amusement arcade elements - all requiring a pound coin - for my liking, but it all keeps the little ones happy.
Biggest grumble probably goes to the shortage of decent toilets and paucity of baby changing facilities. The queues for people who arrive after 11 are pretty draining as well.
The zoo part is quite good, although the sight of big cats in small enclosures feels a bit wrong. All the animals looked well looked after to my untrained eye, however.
It's good value overall, with friendly staff - our family enjoyed the day out.

My daughter and I had a Big Cat Keeper experience for our shared special birthdays. It was a brilliant day. The keeper Steve was amazing with so much knowledge and enthusiasm. The animals were all awesome and all came over to see us and enjoy a titbit or two! Even Rocky the tiger who is 19 years old got up from his nap in the sun so we could see this magnificent creature up close, Such an amazing experience which we will never forget. Thank you Paradise.

Haven't been here for approx 5 years, a lot has changed (for the better) and I am very impressed with what they have done. The enclosures are great, thought some a bit small, and there is a large selection of animals and things to do for the children. The park is clean and well kept. The only down side is the main restaurant, £53 for 3 x cheese burgers (cheese cost extra) 1 x adults chicken and chips and 1 x child's chicken and chips all with a coke, can't see how they can justify charging this!

There is a good variety of animals here and as they were all active and looked in good health. We enjoyed looking at all the big cats and liked the new penguin enclosure. I liked that the zoo is quite compact and easy to find your way around so it's not too much walking for children. It didn't feel too busy so you had time to look at the animals and didn't feel rushed to move on. There's plenty of picnic areas and a covered area if it's raining. I can't comment on the food as we brought a picnic but the ice creams were very overpriced. There is a big play area but you do have to pay extra for some things to play or go on like the go karts. Good value for money compared to some other zoos in the area. We spent about 3 hours here and saw everything.

Great day out even in the rain however the food in the restaurant is awful. This didn't spoil my trip with my daughter and grand-daughter however if the food was better then I would of given a 5 rating. Lovely different types of animals and birds, reptiles etc and well worth a visit.

Everything about Paradise Park is good, except for the price for a 2 year old. £16! My granddaughter was 2 the day before her visit and was charged £16 for entry, plus another £2 for a train ride. All other similar attractions don't charge for under 3 years old - I researched this the day after. It cost my son and his wife £56 for three of them to enter, far too expensive when child is only 2 years old in my opinion.

We visited this park on Thursday as 3 adults. Both my daughter's are students but it seems there is no student discount so it cost us almost £60 in all to get in. It was fairly empty and we knew from the website that the bat house was closed due to renovation, so we went to the wildlife area to see the other animals. They were all well kept and the glass panels which enabled good photographs were very clean in most of the enclosures. We ate in the little cafe overlooking the tigers which was ok if a bit slow due to there being only one staff member.
We decided to visit the wolves in the woodland walk at the end of our visit and this is where things took a bad turn. On walking to the area we found a large sign informing us that the walk was closed. Basically the walk seems to be a large part of the zoo. This was not mentioned to us on paying full price for the tickets and we were all shocked that this was not open to us and there was no discount taking this into consideration.
Would we go again? Probably not as having to pay a hefty price for entrance, no student discount and half the park being closed did not leave us with a great impression. Instead we shall visit the Cotswolds Wildlife Park which is consistently amazing value.

Visited the zoo today, first time for many years, we had a really good day, the keepers are so passionate about the animals, the park was very clean, food was very reasonable priced, plenty of picnic places to eat, my only bad comment would be, they are still charging full entry price, but we found a lot of the outlets were shut, which I feel is wrong when you are still having to pay full price, other than this I would definitely recommend this zoo, a really great day out.

We visited the park with our 2.5 year old son.
There was a lot of places in construction and being maintained/closed off and a lot of bits to walk through with not much to look at.
When we went in to the museum with the motorbikes, there was some staff moving a couple of bits, me and my partner was taking a selfie and got told not to take a photo. We then got told to supervise our child who was just standing there eating some crisps and not touching anything right next to us with me watchkng him the whole time, we felt very unwelcome and thought it was rude how we was addressed.
We did enjoy looking at the animals we did get to see but don't think we would come again for a while.
