The grounds are lovely & I want to return to see the castle properly soon.
We were there today for the Christmas Market which was lovely and festive but not many stalls & a very long queue to get in as there was a one way system around the Christmas Market. Which we understood why (Covid) but it made everything very slow moving and could make you feel a bit rushed when looking at each stall as you were aware of the back up behind you.

Gorgeous venue and grounds! Jackie and her team are amazing. Jackie is a fantastic events organiser and makes everything so effortless so we could all enjoy the day. This is the second time we have hired it for a big event in past 4 years. Would highly recommend for any event, naming ceremony, wedding etc etc. Many thanks to all the staff.

Beautiful Castle and grounds. Manicured gardens with benches dotted around stratigically, so one can sit, gaze at the river/castle/gardens/events whilst contemplating life. A mini-holiday!
