A lovely well kept Zoo the animals all looked healthy and it was a pleasure to see them. The new area for the bears is spectacular. Do wish some of the other residents had a bit more space though. Well worth a visit though.

Such a lovely place.
Lots of animals to see, our favourites were the otters and big cats.
Everywhere is very well kept and looks good. The dinosaur part was really good too.
Our children are 10 and 12 so a good family day out.

We took our 2 year old grandson here today & he loved it. Lots to see & do & good for all ages.
The dinosaurs were his favourite & also the ride on the train. Lots of animals & playgrounds, a good day out!

Small but well organised zoo, the big cats, white lions and tigers seem to be the main attraction, there is a dinosaur park with animatronic models that are impressive but they also have fictional dinosaurs from the movies which look impressive but are not educational. You will be hard pressed to spend the entire day there unless you follow all the tour chats. Other highlights are sun bears, penguins, and meerkats. Plus plenty of smaller animals. My favourite is the snow leopard but it's a relatively small enclosure.

Really fun day out! Definitely fun for the whole day and the whole family and the dinosaurs animatronics are honestly brilliant, they’re absolutely HUGE and the park has really done them justice! The animals in the safari are great too, lots of view points of the animals and kids were loving it!

BUT bring a packed lunch because the food is AWFUL. Paid £17 for 2 burgers and two fries and they were so, so bad. At the very least just avoid the safari diner! Everything else is great!

Buy tickets in advance as it’s an extra pound per ticket if you purchase when you arrive

PLEASE NOTE: revisited the park today after the changeover, DO NOT use the soft play area if you value your kids safety. They have one member of staff for the entire area (which is huge) and the staff stays at the counter. Big kids speeding around the toddler pen (despite clear signs that it’s for toddlers only) and no one is around to ensure they keep out, incredibly unsafe for little babies who are just trying to have some fun too.
Parents just leave their kids to run wild and don’t consider anyone else’s babies. We even witnessed a very small baby being pushed violently in a swing by their sibling which is what urged us to tell staff in the first place. Just be very careful if you choose to use the soft play.
