Amazing experience even tho the weather was against us the staff were all upbeat and happy yes some things w6e not open but thats to be expected in the weather that we had was brilliant seeing the dinos and for them to have upto date dinos ( ie blue from jurassic park films ) yes some of the animals were hiding again cant help the weather but to see so many birds of pray and to know that some of them fly freely is amazing only criticism i have is we parked across the road and the traffic is mad going on that road , its very dangerous to cross , what they have on the park itself the mini crossing is needed to help people from the carpark across the road apart from that would definitely go back just for a donut cos that smell when your walking in was awesome 5 stars without a doubt

Fantastic zoo! Visited on a wet Saturday but still had a great time. Staff were all really friendly and happy to answer questions. Loved seeing the tapir baby, capybara babies as well as enjoying lunch with a view of the sun bear up a pole. Sadly didn't see the baby red pandas. If only we didn't live 4 hours away else I would definitely be joining up as a member!
