I've only just signed up to systeme.io. The technical side of things is beyond me. I tried on my own with the help of chatgpt to connect my domain and email but got stuck so I contacted support. They were absolutely brilliant!. After asking me for some details, they then did it all for me within a few hours. They also kept me informed of what was happening via email. Considering there is quite a huge time difference from where they are in the US to me in the UK, I feel reassured that when, I undoubtedly come up against more technical issues, they will help me and I will not have to waste valuable time going crazy with technical things that I don't understand and can focus on my business instead. I'm glad I chose them!

I asked for help with a DNS transfer as I had tried several times over a couple of weeks to sort the problem out without success. Support at Systeme.io not only came back with the solution, but offered to do the transfer for me at no cost! As the solution offered was still a bit 'techie' for me, I asked for their help and they completed it for me. I am over the moon at this amazing level of assistance being offered by the Team.
