I contacted Stuart at Blucando for IT advice in my previous job, having worked with him in the past and knowing I could trust him for honest, helpful advice. I wasn’t wrong and, despite our needs being far smaller than some they deal with, we were still given prompt assistance. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Blucando for future IT requirements, as and when the need arises.

Amazing company. I phoned them with a problem and Tom patiently talked me through various options to resolve the issues. He also spent time finding contact details for me to talk to the software provider. This is the second time I have used this company and would certainly recommend them to anyone else with problems. Needed repair to my laptop, referred to Blucando by another repair shop who were not quite back from the Christmas break. Took laptop in, they called back with quote as well as advising me of other minor issues they spotted. Due to age of laptop, decided not to proceed and there was no charge made even though they given the laptop a thorough going over. Good service, communication with customer, definitely use Blucando if I ever need any pc repairs or service in the future.

Blucando has recently been accepted as a new member to BNI Farnborough based on the feedback received from some of their existing customers who are already themselves BNI Farnborough members. One of the things that really stood out from the feedback was that they have a 'can do' attitude that really did highlight the level of customer focus within their business and their willingness to go above and beyond for the sake of their customers. Also, it doesn't seem to matter if their customer is large or small in size as their view appears to be that giving great service to even small customers may eventually lead to increased business
