The Blucando team are so helpful, I cannot count the amount of times they have gotten us out of a sticky situation! Very reasonably priced and honest company. We use them for a variety of services and wouldn't go anywhere else for our business IT needs.

Helpful Honest Trustworthy!! Key to this business. I asked for help with buying a new laptop. Blucando were helpful in finding one that suited all my needs. Honest enough to say to me well you could go for cheaper but it won’t suit your requirements however, we have something that isn’t over your budget. Trustworthy as I sent them highly confidential information and knowing it would be kept confidential.
The Blucando Team are super efficant and quick at turnarounds. Best part is they are always on hand for those silly annoying questions that you know yourself are stupid but they never complain, they just support you along the way.

I highly recommend Blucando. They provided my company with an excellent service, fast and efficient.
Diagnosed the problems quickly with a couple of our computers and then went about fixing them just as quick too.
Sorted out and checked all the cables and made sure we were completely safe and secure from any virus’s. An IT heath check is a must!

Blucando helped me BigTime this week after I had foolishly allowed someone access to my desktop pc and ended up with a Trojan! I rang Stuart & told him what I had done & he instructed me to turn everything off & wait for him to come & check for damage, which he did a few hours later. He took the processor back to the workshop with him & has now returned & reconnected it - all clean & reinvigorated! I am so grateful for this excellent service!!!

Blucando have helped me on a number of occasions in purchasing & setting up new equipment, for repairs & sorting out problems. I am 73 & my pc is very useful to me, though frankly, I haven't a clue what to do when things go wrong. Stuart & Ben have been a such a great help, always prompt, courteous, jargon free & thoroughly competent. They truly are a breath of fresh air & I hope never again to visit a PC store or pester my busy family!

I would like to highly recommend Blucando for their fantastic customer service. My hard drive with all my children's photos failed, and I thought we had lost them all. Stuart Elsdon at Blucando has done so much to help retrieve them, keeping me fully up to speed with progress, and has delivered a new hard drive this evening with the majority of my photos restored. Excellent customer service.

When my laptop suddenly shutdown I was really worried I would lose all my data.I am retired and a bit of a technophobe!! I looked for a recommendation on 'Fleet Parents' for someone who could help and as a result contacted Blucando Ltd. (01252 413349). Within half an hour Claire Elsdon had collected my computer to take it to their workshop. I was quickly contacted by her husband, Stuart Elsdon who diagnosed the problem. He retrieved the data and uploaded a new operating system. I had regular emails to keep me informed whilst the work was in progress until he delivered my repaired laptop to my home and set it up. I would highly recommend this company - good value, efficient, kind, patient and gave me personal service.
