I have dental anxiety. I haven't been to the dentist for several years so I was very nervous and embarrassed about my teeth being looked at. I was warmly welcomed and Mo Patel was so kind , compassionate and calm. All the team are friendly and professional. All treatment plans are discussed . I am now a patient at Synergy dental practice .

I've started my treatment at synergy in Blackburn. I have to say so far the customer service has been amazing..from the friendly receptionist to the amazing dentist.
I have tried seeing many dentists in the past but no one ever understood what it is I wanted to get done but Dr Karim Rachidi is the first dentist who just got me!!!
I start my smile make over next week and can't wait!!
Definitely recommend everyone to check this place out and book yourself in with Dr Rachidi. 😀

This practice is truly amazing.....I do have a fear of dentists but these guys here don't half make you feel at ease and they go out of there way to explain everything.........I would trust 💯 with my teeth....my kids like our dentist as hes a Liverpool supporter and they have good chats.....overall great practice and lovely team x

I went for a routine check up and was happy with the service but I was disappointed that COVID rules were not being followed. I was the only one in the waiting room wearing a mask including the receptionist and my appointment was delayed by 30 minutes. The dental nurse also walked into the room during my appointment with her mask under her chin. Working in a hospital myself and seeing how things should be done I was very unhappy with the lack of safety measures. My elderly parents are also patients at the surgery and I would not be happy with them going in for an appointment given the experience I had.
