We agreed a collection day, and the day before, I was given a 2 hour slot, so I could plan my day.

The team turned up, assessed the load and very efficiently loaded everything onto their wagon.
All payments made online.

Scott led the survey and the team on the day, and the whole crew were lovely. What could have been a really stressful move felt like we had people properly supporting us.
I'd heard horror stories from friends about other companies damaging valuable belongings, so that was a big worry for me. I needn't have worried. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Everything was taken apart and put back together perfectly, with no fuss and no complaints, however awkward the job. The care and attention they gave to everything was outstanding.
I'd highly recommend them to anyone. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for anything better.
