Benems is a small but friendly team, that help you with every aspect of selecting and fitting the product. Really cant fault the customer service from Benems. One issue arose with my carpet, but this was quickly resolved without question. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I have purchased other items with great satisfaction. Overall a great company.

Benems fitted a quality floor to our newly completed extension. After six weeks, it was evident that there was a problem, obviously attributed to the manufacturers. The manufacturers would not accept liability. Benems had no hesitation in asking us to select a new replacement floor product. This was fitted and the faulty flooring removed at NO extra cost. Excellent service, thank you.
