Perfectly located hotel with excellent service and friendly staff. Good breakfast. I stayed here 1 night for a conference and it was fine for one night for the price. Some of the furniture in the room was broken though and I'm not sure the bathroom had been thoroughly cleaned (there were soap stains on the wall and in the sink) .The restaurant closed at 19.30 which seemed quite early. For the price however it was completely reasonable. There is a good sized car park out the back which was an additional 6 pounds but was well worth it. I'd stay again for business.

The rooms were dirty and very cold. The gave a electric heater but the windows didn't close
The breakfast was simply and almost no variety.
The staff was kind and helpful.
The location is excellent. At the coastline and near by the Eastbourne pier.
