Quirky Hotel that was a village has shops and cottages and Court yard rooms

The hotel was in need of updating and we were told they had no walk in showers I have never stayed in any hotel that doesn't cater for elderly or disabled so won't be recommending to family or friends

this is the third time staying here, it has lived up to what I expected and more . We watched the live singer, played darts., had a relax in the pool and thermal suite and I enjoyed a 85 min Spa treatment it was just bliss.
The food was amazing and service was second to none. I would highly recommend this place it was only 50 min away for us and we felt like we were in our own little place it was heaven . We celebrated our wedding anniversary while we was there

Sadly my whole stay and my partners birthday was ruined by an thick overheated room on a very hot day! No sleep was had, early check out wasted because we left the room asap and my asthma was really bad due to this the whole stay. 😔

Spent the afternoon at the Spa at Last Drop Village Hotel yesterday and would highly recommend. I had a salt scrub and facial with Paula, who was amazing. She worked miracles on my tired, neglected skin and had me glowing by the end of it! The 18m pool was great and I loved the range of steam rooms and saunas to relax in. Will definitely be booking a return visit!

Stayed here one night for a wedding reception. Room was OK but could do with a little TLC. Mattress well used but clean. Bathroom well used but clean. TV needed maintenance. Felt I was being gouged at the bar £8 for a glass of Rose wine. Whoever is in charge should go undercover and spend a night in the hotel just to get the experience. BTW the staff were brilliant very helpful and nothing too much trouble.

Really lovely hotel. The staff are nice and friendly. Room was really clean and the bed was really comfortable. Had dinner in the restaurant which was really nice. Breakfast in the morning really nice and has everything you would want. Also used the spa after breakfast which was really nice and relaxing. Would recommend and would visit again.

Lovely location , staff are great. What lets it down is the premium price for a below standard room in the courtyard area. Room in desperate need of refurbishment, very dark and unwelcoming nothing like rooms shown on website. These rooms should not be offered at a premium price and are probably the reason for most complaints.
