Most of the staff were helpful. Loved the village setting with the pub and shops in the courtyard. Comfortable and a good temperature.
We were let down on 2 occasions at breakfast which was disappointing especially considering the cost.

Very nice bathroom, wonderful grounds, helpful staff
Shower water came around the door onto floor. Maybe a smaller shower head needed or a sliding door to protect floor from overspill

The room. Breakfast but most of all the building character. The walk round and little gift shop was lovely to look at.
Only 1 thing we could not get the radiator working at night. The room was cold. But did not complain has hotel was perfect for us.

Clean, comfortable, and easy to check in/out. Perfect location and plenty of parking.
The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space and the super king bed was amazing.
Being close to the spa meant a lot of foot traffic outside the room. It was a little noisier compared to my previous stay.

It was good but nothing special
The location was lovely. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good
The bedroom could have been cleaner, cobwebs in the bathroom. For a 4 star hotel I would have liked a mini fridge for milk in the room. Only had 4 milk cartons which was one cup of tea each. The bar area had food on the floor. The staff were great at wiping the tables but not cleaning up food if on the floor. We pre-ordered two taxis via the hotel reception and were let down by the taxi company both going and coming back. Only one taxi turned up. Not ideal as we had children with us. Maybe the hotel should consider using a different taxi company

Quick and joyful
Comfortable bed .. nice shower and baths really good sauna pools and open late
The noise as it was a weekend we heard arguing at the night
