Such a friendly place to go with outstanding food. Great to see an authentic experience in the countryside maintained and enjoyed by so many. We loved the staff who spent a lot of time with us making sure we had everything we needed. They made some excellent recommendations for our tastes. It was very well priced as well.

The bad reviews, nearly put me off. I’m glad it didn’t though. The decor is a bit dated but the food was reasonably priced and good quality. We went for the Han Banquet for 4 and the standout dish was the mandarin beef.
Give it a go. It’s a traditional Chinese, so the dishes are all very familiar but that said we enjoyed (and ate! ) everything and would definitely come again.
We paid £200 including tip for 4, which I think is reasonable, considering we had 3 bottles of red.

A nice welcome, excellent food and service in a very nice setting. One of the best Chinese restaurants in the area. An enjoyable meal at a fair price. Highly recommend.

Great meal on Saturday night with friends.
For starters we had the sharing platter, great choice. Then the crispy duck pancakes, has to be done in a Chinese!
Followed by various mains all of which were delicious.
Price seemed a bit high, but then we did have lots of food and some alcohol so was probably a fair price.

This used to be an upmarket Chinese and hadn't been for a few years. Gone downhill a little i thought. Waiters and waitresses weren't dressed for the part; dated decor, served a dirty plate and glasses weren't clean. On way out the owner was doing the invoicing and money openly on a table in front of clients.
