Great location, food good and staff friendly spa not as good as anticipated
Room and food both excellent and staff all friendly location ideal for us too
The spa was disappointing very full and needing cleaned and not what we were expecting. Lots of people who looked like they had been in for ages, very smelly in sauna and floors soaking and no staff around

Wonderful
Food was amazing, room was spacious and perfect hot water. Spa and gym was just right.
Would be nice if we had the menus for the places to eat in rooms than looking for them online, it took some time to find them, but other than that none.

The Pool & Spa area were amazing. Staff were polite & attentive.
We enjoyed a drink at the hotel bar, it was bright & airy. The room was tatty. Net's were dirty, bathroom door & loo roll holder were damaged.
