Lovely hotel, excellent facilities - will stay here again!
Facilities were excellent. Staff so friendly, checking was quick, efficient and informative.
Quirky layout to the hotel - but this added to the experience. Excellent value for money Poached eggs at breakfast could have been hotter, but overall the quality of food was really good.

Lovely place to stay for work or pleasure
The property and facilities were amazing! Lots to do and plenty of options for relaxing spaces. The spa was fantastic also - well done.

Lovely little break value for money
Spa was great. Loved the thermal experience. The choice of evening food across the 3 restaurants was very good. Nice food. Room clean. Not too pricy for drinks in the hotel.

Rooms are tired
We were given a surprise upgrade possibly because I’d had to ring twice for a cab booking which didn’t happen. Upgraded to a suite thought great thank u- but sadly cobwebs on the ceiling and bathroom door had a hole where a dressing gown hook had once been.
