We stayed here last weekend to attend a function in Manchester and can't recommend the Red Hall Hotel highly enough. The service was first class with friendly, professional staff, notably Stacey and Stephanie, for whom nothing was too much trouble, including lending my husband a pair of cufflinks because he had forgotten his.
On returning home, I realised I had left my phone and Kindle chargers in the bedroom. Stacey went above and beyond the call of duty in ensuring that these were taken to the post office and posted back to me as quickly as possible.
We have previously stayed in large chain hotels in the centre of Manchester. However, after staying at the Red Hall Hotel, we would not consider staying anywhere else in the future!

Having visited the Red Hall Restaurant many times over the past couple of years we have always really enjoyed the midweek lunchtime menu of 2 courses for the price of £9.95. I again booked a table online for 3/2/15 where the special lunchtime menu is still being promoted. On arrival we were amazed that although the £9.95 2 course meal is still being advertised online, it is not available. We were shown the current menu which we would say was more likened to an evening "A La Carte" selection with prices to match. After viewing the menu, the 4 of us decided to finish our drinks and leave.
Please Red Hall, if you have decided to withdraw the midweek offer it would be good if you would delete it from your web page, as it's still on at this moment.

I wasn't expecting much from this hotel for the amount I paid, booked 4 rooms for a bit of a works do, the other people to were a little worried about what to expect for the price but I must say I was shocked, a really neat hotel, obviously recently refurbished to a good standard, staff were lovely, rooms lovely, shower was amazing, everything you would expect from a top hotel at what was a budget price, the staff acwould have no issues recommending 100%

The Red Hall Hotel is one of the best I have visited when considering the whole package. The value and quality stand out but not as much as the excellent, friendly and welcoming staff. The food is excelent and the atmosphere conducive to business and pleasure. Well worth making the effort to visit if you are in the area..... You won't be disappointed.....one of my favourite hotels 😉

Whilst not an overnight guest I was fortunate enough to sample the superb offerings of this hotel as a wedding venue.
Both the civil ceremony and the reception were excellent as was the bar and restaurant.

First of all let me ask you to head straight to the red hall and book yourself in for a night of exceptional food and service focussed staff.
We attended a Gala Ball which was a wonderful occasion, the hotel decided to raise funds for a local charity and my wife and I attended. I have been to many events with work and must say this was comparable. I will certainly be recommending others to look at any future events the hotel holds.
The food was excellent, I was told they have a new chef, if so he is certainly making an impression. Anyway head to the Red Hall and try something different it really will have you going back again....

my husband and I were there for my nephews wedding we stayed Thursday 26th and Friday 27th
of February our stay was made superb by the service and the fabulous staff of which I couldn't single any particular one out as they were they were all remarkable, helpful and extremely friendly and nothing was to much trouble and would like to say a big thanks concerned!! well done everyone.

I was at a wedding at the Red Hall Hotel a couple of weekends ago. What looks like a fairly unassuming venue on the outside is beautifully decorated on the inside. The restaurant/bar area is small but amble and the function suite looked lovely decorated for the wedding. Drinks were fairly priced and the food was good for the wedding breakfast. It did take them a while to bring out the mains but it was worth waiting for as the chicken was moist and the vegetables well cooked. One of the best wedding breakfasts I've had in terms of sit down, 3 course affairs. It was also nice to have a choice as many hotels now only have one choice of main, Red Hall provided a choice of starters, mains and desserts.
Our room was large and comfortable, newly decorated and although on the road side very quiet. The receptionist was really helpful to friends of ours who were travelling home via Manchester Airport and provided them with a list of options to get there.
The breakfast in the morning was the only disappointment, I think because of the numbers they struggled to serve us. We were left waiting for a long time to order and a long wait to bring out the food. Something had happened to the toaster and all the toast was coming out burnt but the staff were friendly which went some way to make up for the wait.

Attended the redhall hotel for my nieces wedding,both the wedding breakfast and evening reception was held there, the place is an ideal place for a wedding, the views out side are stunning for the wedding photos, the meal and service was amazing, they could not do enough for the guests, I didn't actually stop over but I did manage to vview Stacey the brides room, and her mothers room and they were very clean and welcoming
