I would like to start by thanking everyone at Firstcall Recruitment Ltd. For their time and efforts. I have never experienced such a smooth transition from education to employment prior to my experiences with Marcel Magloire. The personal affects he added to communicating with myself, along with his experience within recruitment was exceptional. Entering into a new profession, very alien to what I had known, was a lot easier than I had expected as Marcel took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for. He put me forward for many different roles and pushed me to experience something new. They were a great agency to help aid anyone in the right direction as they have, from what I saw, the experience and professional ties that are only ascertained through great communication and sincere determination to help their clients.

I contacted Marcel at Firstcall as I decided that I wanted a bit of a change from the job I had been in for the past five years. Marcel quickly sent through a range of several opportunities which were suitable for me coming from an accountancy background. One job in particular caught my eye so Marcel helped me to prepare my CV in an appropriate format and sent it onto the prospective employer within 3 days of me making the initial contact with him. Marcel then arranged my interview and within another week I had secured the job. Marcel was fantastic throughout the application process and maintained contact with me even after I had started at my new position to make the transition smooth and as easy as possible. I would highly recommend Marcel and all the others at Firstcall for anyone wishing to make a job change in the future.

After searching for another job with other agencies for a while and finding nothing I decided to sign up with First Call I meet with Marcel who was very caring and willing to listen to what I was looking for, kept me in touch a couple of time a day with different options and within 2 days he found me a position. Can not Thank him enough, should this job not work out I will back on the phone to him straight away so he can start the search again. Would highly recommend First Call. Thank you again Marcel.

I would highly recommend First Call to anyone considering looking for a new role. Marcel was excellent, asking what sort of position I was looking for and suggesting roles that matched the criteria. He also talked me through what to expect at the interviews and how to approach certain questions and I walked into the interviews feeling much more relaxed about the process.
