I would like to leave a review for Nicki at Travel Counsellors. I joined Travel Counsellors at the same time as Nicki and we completed our training together. Throughout the week it was incredibly tough for me as I had traveled far from home. The whole week she supported me and helped me when I was unsure of anything. Throughout the 18 months of working for Travel Councellors Nicki was absolutely amazing and supportive whenever I was unsure of anything I would call her straight away and she was always more than willing to help. I have now left the company and without hesitation Nicki told me not to worry she took over all my bookings and has been incredible with myself and customers I feel they are in safe hands which puts my mind at ease. She has great attention to detail and works incredibly hard at her business so I have no hesitation in recommending Nicki for this award.
