Nicki created the most incredible New Zealand (South Island) road trip itinerary for me. I had specific places I wanted to go, and had a limit of the distance I wanted to drive each day, but still needed to make sure I was at the top of the South Island by a certain date. Nicki took on the challenge and turned the holiday into a bucket list adventure, all within budget.
